Billing terms version: annual-monthly-v1
Paid plans have a 12-month commitment, paid in monthly installments. The Free plan has no paid commitment.

First-time subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your 12-month commitment starts when the trial ends. Cancel your trial from Billing before it ends to avoid charges and the annual commitment. If you have already had a paid subscription, your commitment starts when your new subscription begins, without another free trial.
Payments are collected monthly in EUR. Your accepted price and commitment dates appear in Billing. Usage limits reset monthly and do not become a shared annual allowance. Unsuccessful payments do not turn off auto-renewal; access may be restricted while payment is outstanding.
Your plan automatically renews for another 12-month commitment unless you turn off auto-renewal in Billing before the commitment ends. We send a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal.
After the trial, turning off auto-renewal schedules cancellation for the end of your annual commitment. Access and monthly payments continue until that date. You can enable auto-renewal again before cancellation takes effect. Canceling also removes any scheduled plan change.
Upgrades take effect after the required payment succeeds. The price difference for the remainder of the current billing month is prorated, and later monthly payments use the upgraded plan's price. Your existing annual commitment end date stays the same. During a trial, an upgrade keeps the trial end date.
Downgrades take effect at the annual renewal date and start a new 12-month commitment at the selected plan's price. Your current plan and monthly payments continue until then. To return to Free, turn off auto-renewal.
