This Privacy Policy explains how Flowtest.io handles personal information when you visit our website, use its landing pages, or contact us. Flowtest.io is operated by Alfonso Cantos, who is responsible for the processing described here.
Information we collect
When you browse the site, we may process technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, and interactions with page elements. If you accept optional technologies, our website assigns a landing-page variant using a cookie named flowtest_variant, which expires after 30 days. Your consent choice and the time you made it are stored in first-party cookies for up to 180 days.
If you submit your email address through a contact or early-access form, we use it to respond to your request. We store the submitted form information and its submission time; an early-access request may also be forwarded to our operator through Telegram. Please do not include sensitive personal information in these forms.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and secure the website, understand how visitors use it, improve the site, measure advertising performance, and respond to requests. We do not use an email submitted through a contact form to send ongoing marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Analytics, advertising, and embedded content
After you accept optional technologies, our landing pages load Umami analytics, Google Ads tags, LinkedIn Insight tags, and Hotjar to understand site usage, measure ads, and personalize advertising where applicable. These services may receive technical information about your browser and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own settings and policies. YouTube video content is loaded only after you accept optional technologies and may then send information about your visit to YouTube. If you reject optional technologies, these services and embeds are not loaded on the landing page.

Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process information to take steps at your request before a possible contract, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or based on your consent for optional analytics and advertising technologies. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” control available on this site.
Sharing and international transfers
We share information with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, communications, and video delivery. Early-access email submissions may be sent to Telegram to notify our operator. We also disclose information when required by law. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including handling your request, maintaining the service, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods for analytics and advertising data may also depend on the relevant provider’s settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to request data portability.
